Point your media player at http://video.debconf.org:8000/tower.ogg or http://video.debconf.org:8000/hacklab.ogg depending on the session venue. We have multiple servers; use us.video.debconf.org or eu.video.debconf.org to select one nearer to you.

... set up the streaming? what tools did you use? I know this is too much to ask, but a nice HOWTO will be great. I couldn't find any good one on the net.

We use the Icecast server with a basic client called oggfwd which is based on an example from libshout. This page (http://v2v.cc/~j/ffmpeg2theora/oggfwd/) gives the basic recipe that we use for sending out the video. However, since we also keep recordings, I have decoupled the video capture from encoding and streaming so that we only drop frames from the stream. The "final" version of that program and the scripts we use should be published shortly after the conference when we're less busy.
