LJ abuse: "Because syndicated accounts are used to aggregate content from off-site feeds, they have no owners. As a result, there is no way to ban a user from commenting in a syndicated account." So one arsehole can ruin a syndicated account's comments with no risk of any consequences. Brilliant.

Presumably if they're enough of an arsehole (and posting porn to otherwise work-safe and kid-safe feeds ought to count if anything does) the LJ abuse team can shut down their LJ account, full-stop.

Porn - yes (in the user icon). Otherwise kid-safe feed - yes, I think so (it's Dilbert). Response from the LJ abuse team - they won't do anything.

I thought it might be the Dilbert one. It's not just the usericon - see here (not work-safe at all)
