bwhAt last, I've booked flights for Nattie to come here - permanently. She'll be moving on the 7th-8th January, just in time for my 25th birthday. I'm very glad to have got that sorted out.
In other news, I ordered more furniture from Durham Pine at the weekend - some bedside tables and a wardrobe at a reduced price. (I'm such a sucker for pine.) Like the bed and table before them, they required assembly at home, which I've spent several hours doing today. Unfortunately I lack a hammer to nail the back boards onto them, so they're not completely finished and are a little less steady then they ought to be. One of my colleagues kindly offered to lend me one, so I should get that done tomorrow. Now all the bedroom is missing is a chest of drawers... and Nattie.
